Howard J. Brantley is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Consult MGT, a veteran-owned business based in Seattle. He brings nearly 30 years of operations experience across Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, and other retail and service organizations. His background spans multi-site operations, workforce performance, operational transformation, and leadership development. A U.S. Army veteran, Howard leads with a people-first approach grounded in clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement. He holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Learning at UNC–Chapel Hill. Through Consult MGT, he helps business owners and leaders identify gaps, develop managers, and turn priorities into practical action.
