Ms. d’Auteuil has over 28 years of experience providing cost allocation services to state and local governments. She has prepared hundreds of cost allocation plans for cities, counties, and state agencies. Representative local governments she has recently served, or is currently serving as primary project consultant include Santa Ana, California; Pinal County, Arizona; and Southwest Florida Water Management District. Ms. d'Auteuil is also responsible for several state cost allocation projects: Texas Statewide Cost Allocation Plan and the New Mexico Statewide Cost Allocation Plan. Ms. d’Auteuil also directed projects with the Texas Governor’s Office and the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
