Candice King has over 25 years of evaluation, research, strategic planning, health services administration and marketing experience with several corporations, universities and governmental organizations. Prior to joining MGT as a Senior Consultant, she served as the founding director of a sales tax funded county health program for the working uninsured. She also was the executive director of a non-profit clinic providing low-cost medical and dental care to low-income, uninsured residents of north central Florida. She previously served as Assistant Director for Marketing and Outreach for the University of Florida’s Institute on Aging. Her research interests include a focus on public program evaluation, our aging population and health studies. Ms. King has managed large scale research and evaluation projects in several settings and has been a leader in several community initiatives targeting the low-income uninsured and special needs populations. She has previously served on boards of numerous nonprofit organizations in the arts, health care and programs for children with disabilities.
