Ms. Stepina-Robison has over 25 years of experience in higher education administration, including policy analysis, organizational and management assessment, state and federal government relations, public affairs, marketing and human resources management. She has directed and coordinated state and federal government relations efforts for higher education in Florida, and developed and implemented state higher education policy. She has also directed all aspects of human resource management, including classification and compensation, executive recruitment and selection, collective bargaining and labor relations, and has conducted numerous institutional research projects.
