Dr. Balogh has over 30 years of experience in higher education with a broad knowledge of issues related to planning, budgeting, and public policy. She has dealt with a multitude of higher education-related issues, including comprehensive student housing assessments, program and community needs assessments, articulation and student progression analyses, and program and financial policy analyses. Dr. Balogh has served in a variety of positions at a state level citizen board providing independent analysis to the Florida State Board of Education and State Legislature and at public and private higher education institutions.
