Makah Tribal Council, Washington - Assessment of the Law and Order Program

MGT, partnered with Lamar Associates, conducted an assessment of the Law and Order Program for the Tribal Council. After a top to bottom review, MGT made recommendations to maximize all available resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program for today and the future.

The Hopi Tribe, Arizona - Operational and Facilities Assessment of the Detention Center

After analyzing current jail population figures and developing accurate forecast of future detention population levels, MGT assessed current and future detention and community corrections needs. After thorough analysis and a probing review of current facilities, MGT produced recommendations and proposed program modifications designed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Tribe's criminal justice system.

The Blackfeet Tribe - Reveiw of Law Enforcement Staffing

In partnership with Lamar Associates, MGT assessed the current law enforcement staffing levels for the Blackfeet Tribe. Areas reviewed included uniform police, investigations, dispatch, and corrections. MGT made recommendations designed to capitalize on its current available resources in order to achieve maximum efficiency of the Tribe's finite resources while remaining effective.
