We will "go the extra mile" to achieve MGT's constant goal of providing quality services. We will seek to clearly understand and fulfill the needs of our clients and to meet all promised deadlines and other commitments.

MGT is a team of highly qualified professionals. We recognize that winning as a team requires, first, that every member perform at his or her best and, secondly, that we function as a team. Thus, we will support and encourage one another so that each of us can reach our full potential as individuals and, together, we can reach our full potential as a company.
WE WILL STRIVE TO MAKE A REASONABLE PROFIT.
We realize that MGT exists because our stockholders had enough confidence in our ability to provide the investment capital necessary to create and maintain MGT as a Corporate entity. We also realize that profits are the primary source of the reinvestment capital necessary to continue MGT's growth and to maintain its financial stability. At the same time we realize that excessive profits are unfair to our clients. Accordingly, we will strive to achieve reasonable profits on all of our work, to reinvest part of those profits to provide better services for our clients, to return part of those profits to the employees who helped earn it, and to return part to MGT's stockholders as a return on their investment in us.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO GROW PROFESSIONALLY, BOTH AS A COMPANY AND AS INDIVIDUALS.
MGT's very existence depends upon the qualifications of its staff. In fact, MGT is its staff--nothing more and nothing less. Accordingly, we will, both as individuals and as a company, maintain an active professional growth program.
