Mr. Hearn has focused his five-year career on improving the efficiency, equity, and accountability of state and local government and its programs. Accordingly, Mr. Hearn has applied his strong analytical and research skills to projects ranging from program evaluation to consumer fraud investigation, municipal finance, and process reengineering.
Since joining MGT, Mr. Hearn has been involved in numerous investigative audits which have focused on misuse of funds and assets, funding irregularities, compensation irregularities, and administrative issues.
Prior to joining MGT, Mr. Hearn worked with the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the Campbell Public Affairs Institute. Mr. Hearn holds a Master of Public Administration degree from SyracuseUniversity’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, with concentrations in policy analysis and public finance.
